Do You Have Questions About Our Homes or Service?

  • What are your hours?

    Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm.  Saturday and Sunday we are closed

  • Do you offer financing? Do I have to be preapproved?

    Yes, we have multiple lenders that offer financing.  Yes, you will need to be preapproved.

  • Do you offer Land/Home packages?

    No, we do not sell land.  However, we do have relationships with several developers that can assist with property.

  • Do you charge for delivery?

    No.  As long as you are located within 100 miles from our location.

  • Are appliances included with our new home purchase?

    Yes.  Dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator are all included.

  • Are there home models located on-site to see?

    Yes.  We have models available for viewing on-site.

  • Are your homes energy efficient?

    Yes.  All our homes have double pane windows and have insulation.  All our homes come with central heat & air.  Every home comes with a high energy efficient heat pump for your air conditioning and heat.
