Founded in 1984, Vivian’s Homes is led by industry veterans Vivian Schoonmaker and C. Steve Ash, who bring over 75 years of combined experience in manufactured housing. Vivian brings her background in sales and management, while Steve offers hands-on expertise in service, delivery, and setup. Together, they’ve built a company grounded in customer satisfaction, professionalism, and care — and they’re involved in every step of the process.
